Lots of chain restuarants across the UK are vying for your business by running a Kids Eat Free offer. And they are exactly what they sound like. Typcially with the purchase of an adult meal, your kid gets their meal for free. Amazing right!
And even better, I’ve done the research for you and complied a complete list of all the current Kids Eat Free schemes in the UK.

Bella Italia
Kids eat free Sunday to Thursday at Bella Italia with the purchase of an adult main. Your little ones can enjoy three courses AND a drink. With adult mains from £13.29 this is a great deal.
This offer is currently active all year round and would make a perfect (& affordable) family meal out.
Offer is not available at some stores including ones at Center Parc sites so make sure to read the T&Cs. More information here.
Bills
From the 25th May to the 29th May, up to two kids can eat for free when one adult orders any main dish. This offer is valid for breakfast, lunch or dinner but not available on the weekends.
This offer is available for kids under 10 and they must order off the kids menu.

Las Iguanas
Your little ones can eat free all year round when you have the Las Iguanas app!
With the purchase of an adult main meal, your kid can get a main, 2 sides and a dessert completely free!

Frankie & Benny’s
Kids eat free at Frankie & Benny’s restaurants across the UK during the school holidays! Details are yet to be published for the May halfterm break so watch this space.
Free meals typically apply for kids aged 11 and under and is not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or vouchers. More information here.
Turtle Bay
One kid can get a free meal from the Turtle Bay’s kids menu when an adult spends £15 or more. And your little one will get included unlimited soft drinks with their meal.

Ask Italian
Valid from the 22nd May to the 31st May, kids eat for free at Ask Italian. You’ll need the ASK Italian app to unlock this offer but up to 2 kids meals will be free with the purchase of one adult main.
Banana Tree
Kids Eat Free every Sunday at Banana Tree. One kids meal is free, including a drink and dessert, with every adult main ordered at participating Banana Tree restaurants.
Zizzi
Kids meals are free at Zizzi’s with the purchase of an adult main during school holidays. You’ll need to download the Zizzi Zillionaire’s reward app to access this offer. You need to show your valid code from the app upon payment.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and is not valid on Saturdays. Available from 24th May to the 31st May, including the bank holiday. More information here.
TGIFridays
Everyday between 11th May and 31st May, you can get a free kids meal when you order an adult main. Only one redemption available per member and the offer is avaiable for kids up to 12 years old.
